Usage:
Min(data); intvec/list of integers

Purpose:
find the minimal integer contained in 'data'

Return:
list

Assume:
'data' contains only integers and is not empty

Example:
 
LIB "qhmoduli.lib";
Min(intvec(1,2,3));
==> 1
