Procedure from library nets.lib (see nets_lib).
- Usage:
- netvectorShort(V); V vector
- Assume:
- V is a vector
- Return:
- visual presentation of V, short version
- Theory:
- A Singular object is converted into a character array (a Net) for on screen printing.
