Procedure from library tasks.lib (see tasks_lib).
- Usage:
- createTask(command, arguments), command string, arguments list
- Return:
- a task with the given command and arguments whose state is 'created'.
- Note:
- 't = command, arguments;' is a shortcut for
't = createTask(command, arguments);'.
Example:
