Topic review - Installation of Singular 2-0-0 under Windows 2000

It is just the same kind of error message I have had
while I was installing Singular under WindowsNT
(which is similar to Windows2000, as far as I know).

The way I have solved the problem is the following:
Singular creates, during the installation process,
two system variables with names EMACS and ESINGULAR_EMACS
with the same value, but the value of the 2nd one is false.
Just remove the variable ESINGULAR_EMACS and Singular
should work. I think that not even the other one is
necessary, but it may depend on what happens during the
installation ...
I do not know exactly what the right value of
ESINGULAR_EMACS should actually be.

By the way:

(1) You should include in the PATH the directories
/Program Files/Singular/bin, and probably also
/Program Files/Singular/usr/local/bin and
/Program Files/Singular/usr/bin.

(2) You should create a system variable HOME whose
values is the default directory from where you wish
to call Singular when clickin the desktop icon.
This is important if you have a directory where you
save your personal singular files and you do not
want to write too much when loading them.
However, this depends on how you call Singular ...

Good luck,
Ignacio Farran.

I have installed the Singular 2.0 under Win 2000.I carefully did all instructions but i can't start the Singular due the error:
"Error: execution of C:Program FilesSingularusrlocalSingular2-0-0ix86-Winemacs xemacs -eval '(setq singular-emacs-home-directory "/Program Files/Singular/usr/local/Singular/2-0-0/emacs")' -no init file-| /Program Files/Singular/usr/local/Singular/2-0-0/emacs/.emacs-singular -eval '(singular -other "Program Files/Singular/usr/local/Singular/2-0-0/ix86-Win/Singular.exe" "/Program Files/Singular/home/Singular/" (list "FilesSingularusrlocalSingular200ix86-WinESingular.exe") "singular)'.

What can i do in order to solve that problem?
