That depends, but there are a lot of procedures to
compute the content or to separate coefficients from power products:
see content, leadcoef, coeffs, coef.

Is it possible to take the numerical content of a polynomial? I am trying to separate the numerical content (or even more basically the numerical portion of the coefficients) entirely from all ring variables and parameters.
