Hello everyone.
For realization by the task put before me, calculations of Groebner bases and factorization of polynoms are necessary.
The separate library(.lib) collected on MSVC is necessary for me. I tried to collect the necessary modules, but it has turned out nothing. Someone could look or collect library under MSVC, or somebody is possible earlier it did.

At the moment Singular is not available as a library, because of the interaction between the kernel and the programming interface.
