Post subject: rational parametrization of a plane curve of genus 0 Posted: Wed Dec 05, 2007 8:39 pm |

Hi to everybody,
I am new to singular. I was wondering if there is a singular function that, given a polynomial equation in two variables which defines a curve of genus 0, it returns a rational parametrization of the curve, i. e., a birational map from the complex line to the given curve.
Thank you in advance.
Alejo.
