I am not being able to launch Singular on Mojave 10.14.5. Anybody can help? Danke schön.

Actually you have to become notarized app developers by Apple.
If there is some other reasonable way of installing Singular, I would take that.

I discovered that I am still able to launch Singular from the terminal.
