what is the algorithm of modulo in singular?

i find no description of modulo in books

do not understand the page,

what is the algorithm of ker and Im and the arrow in ker?

what is the algorithm to calculate modulo(A,B)?

after googled, no books telling this, any simple presentation?

Lack of algorithm of modulo, can not do Hom function then can not do supersymmetric toolkit
